Alliance Laser Pty Ltd is a Laser Cutting & Fabrication workshop that was established in 2007. Since our commencement, Alliance Laser has grown to be one of the leading laser cutting specialists in Victoria with a strong reputation for supplying quality, service and fast turnaround times. We've developed an excellent customer base that spans manufacturing industries including; transport, aerospace, machine tools, automotive and the arts. With 3 machines running over multiple shifts we offer a fast turnaround of quality laser cut components. Easily accessible, our premises in Campbellfield has a large floor space, and twin full length and width 5 tonne cranes allows us to stock not only a larger amount of raw materials, but more non-standard size sheets to better meet our customers’ demands. We carry stock of all materials including a large range of Strenx (Domex), Hardox and Weldox steels. We also offer secondary processes such as pressing (up to 12,200mm), machining, plating, welding, fabrication and powder coating to name a few. Laser Cutting We have 3 laser cutting systems operating over multiple shifts. 1 of our systems is a large format fiber laser providing an edge over our competitors, as we can offer to cut material sizes up to 6.1 metres long by 2.5 metres wide and material thicknesses from 0.5mm to 25mm in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium as well as range of timber, rubber plastic and composites. We completed the final commissioning of a new Trumpf 3030 8kw Fiber laser in May 2020. This machine is one of the most advanced laser cuttings system on the market today and it has opened new cutting capabilities for us as well as increasing our production capacities to better improve lead-times. We now have the ability to process up to 25mm Mild Steel, 30mm Stainless, 25mm Aluminium, 10mm Brass and Copper (Grade dependent). Along with the ability to cut smaller and more intricate detail in all thickness and types of materials, the machine also has water assisted cooling cutting of thicker sections to minimise the effects of heat on detailed cutting. Given the success of the 3030 we have now secured a Trumpf 3060 8kw Fiber laser due for installation in April 2021. As well as market-leading Laser Cutting, we offer cost effective add on services allowing the customer one point of contact for all the manufacturing requirements. From simple single processes up to complete Project Management. Folding Metal Folding is a very common and vital process in the manufacturing industry. We offer a large range of solutions for parts that require folding. Press availability from 3 metre 120 tonne, 4 metre 160 and 300 tonne, 6 metre 440 tonne, up to 12.2 metre x 2000 tonne! We have your folding requirements covered. Fabrication After cutting many parts require further assembly or processes done. We can offer Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium welding, along with drilling, tapping, countersinking and machining of parts. Protective and Decorative Coatings Zinc Plating, Galvanising and Powder Coating are a few of the more popular coating services we can supply. Water Jet Cutting / Plasma / Oxy Fuel Cutting Some materials types and thickness are better suited to other methods of processing than laser cutting. We offer all types of processing to again allow our customers one point of contact. |
